1: Install latest iTunes on the new computer

Firstly, check if you have installed the latest version of iTunes. If not, go to the official site to download and install the newest version of iTunes on your new computer before you connect your iPad to the computer.

2. Authorize your new computer

Launch the iTunes and authorize your new computer by clicking on the button of "Store" and choose "Authorize computer". Just input your Apple ID and password in the prompted window.
