Way1: View Kindle Books on Computer with Kindle for PC
Kindle for PC is a free application released by Amazon for reading Kindle eBooks on your PC, without requiring a Kindle device. This app is available for Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7, as well as Mac OS X.

STEP2: Sync books
Go to Tools - > Sync and Check for New Items or use F5 hotkey to sync books manually. Your purchased books will be synced to PC several seconds later. You can also buy new eBooks by clicking on the Shop in the Kindle Store link on top of the Kindle for PC window.
Way2: Read Kindle Books on PC with Browser Online
Amazon also developed a web app for us to read Kindle books on PC online with browsers including Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. It is called Kindle Cloud Reader. With it, we can access Kindle Library online.
With Kindle Cloud Reader, you can:
Download books for offline reading.
Add new books to your library.
Auto-open to the last page you read.
Browse through bookmarks and more with sidebar.
Cloud Reader can bring you a great reading experience. However, it doesn't allow you to highlight text, add new notes, look up in a dictionary or copy from the web app.
