Download the installation package of iPubsoft YouTube Video Downloader for Windows, double click the .exe file to intall it. Once the installation is finished, double click the short icon to launch the program.
1 Copy YouTube Video URL to Program
Open the YouTube site, find the video that you want to download and copy the URL address. Turn to the main interface of the YouTube Video Downloader software, click the "New Task" button on the menu bar and paste the video URL to the input field. Click "Get Video" and then the video information, including video name and original video format will show to you.
2 Video Settings
Choose output video format: Press down arrow besides the Video Quality section, choose the output video format you want. You can save the downloaded YouTube videos to MP4, FLV, 3GP and WebM formats.
Choose output folder: Hit the folder icon to choose your desired destination for saving the downloaded YouTube videos.
3 Start downloading YouTube videos
Now, you can click "Download" button to kick off the downloading process. A yellow status bar will show how the downloading is going. You can click the "Pause" button to suspend the downloading, or click "Delete" or "Clear All" to remove the YouTube videos from the list.
When the status bar shows 100%, you can right-click on the video file, choose the option of "Open Folder" to check the downloaded YouTube video. Now you can choose corresponding player to play the video on your computer, or transfer it to your portable devices like iPad, iPhone, iPod, Kindle Fire, PSP, HTC and more.
