User Guide - How to convert PDF to BMP?
PDF is one of the most popular formats nowadays. People often need to convert PDF files to image format when they want to use the graphic information from PDF files. Someone would like to convert PDF to BMP so as to upload the file onto the Internet more easily. Why BMP? BMP image is smaller and it takes less time to be uploaded to the Internet. For whatever reasons, a PDF to BMP converter is required. Here I will show you the detailed steps of converting PDF files into BMP.
What do you need?
Software: iPubsoft PDF Converter
OS Support: Windows NT4/2000/2003/XP/Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8.
Hardware Requirements: 100 MB or more; 256 MB or above.
1 Add File
Click "Add File" or "Add Folder" button on the top toolbar. In the pop-up window, locate and select your PDF. To save time, you can directly drag and drop one or more PDF documents to the program at one time.
If files loaded successfully, you will be able to see the main file info in the left file list area, like File Name, File Size, Total Pages, etc. The right Preview window allows you to browse the Adobe PDF documents page by page. You can delete your unwanted files by clicking the "Delete" or "Clear All" button.
2 Set Output
There are multiple options for you to choose, like PDF to HTML, PDF to ePub, PDF to Image, PDF to Word, PDF to TXT. For PDF to BMP, you need to choose and click PDF to Image icon. The default image type is JPG. In Output Type column, click JPG. In the drop-down list, select and click BMP.
The default output folder is the source folder of PDF files. You can customize and choose suitable destination for storing output files by clicking the "Browse" button.
3Set Page Range (Optional)
Default page range for conversion is All pages. If you need, you can also customize the page numbers or page ranges to convert specific pages.
If everything is OK, you can click the "Start" button to begin the conversion. During the conversion, a progress bar will show you how much is converted. Once the bar becomes 100%, the conversion is completed. You can click the "Open" button besides "Browse" to check the output files. By default, these images are named with page numbers where they are on the original PDF.
Tip: Don't want to convert all imported files at one time? You can right click on one single PDF and choose "Convert Selected" item in the pop-up menu.
After conversion, you can view images on different devices like iPad, Android phones, tablets, etc, without installing any image readers. Or share the newly created images with friends who don't have PDF reader installed onto their computers. Furthermore, you can also edit the BMP files with graphic editors!
